REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Making a return to OCD Graphic is simple: just write to resi@ocdgraphic.com to receive instructions and the label to print and attach to the package to be returned. If it has not already been eaten by your four-legged friend, you can use the same envelope with which you received your order using the second adhesive strip supplied.

You can send back your purchase free of charge through the Italian Post Office, the nearest post office or the Lockers Puntoposte, and the affiliated tobacco shops.
Free returns can be made through the most convenient post office for you, the lockers of Posteitaliane or tobacco shops, in more than 14,000 locations available.
Your return will be processed in about 15 days.

– I need a different size/colour
A replacement service is not available: if you want to receive a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

– Return of an item for refund
We also know, that sometimes one of the items received does not suit us perfectly and what we want is only to receive a refund. Provided that the returned item is still in its original condition, we will accept its return without additional charges, according to the following rules:
1) An item returned within 28 days of the day the package was delivered, or was available for collection, will be fully refunded on the same payment method used to place the order.
2) We undertake to process the refund within 14 days of receipt of the item at our warehouse.
3) If you intend to request a refund within the above mentioned time periods but are unable to return for some reason, please contact us bearing in mind that in this case the refund will be at our sole discretion.

– And after the time required?
We do not accept returns of unwanted items, returned after the above mentioned periods of time. If you send a return after the required time frame, we may need to return it to the sender (to the default shipping address registered on the account) and request coverage of shipping costs.

– Proof of postage
The return remains under the responsibility of the sender until it is received at our warehouse, so be sure to always request the receipt of the shipment of your returns, in case we need proof later (it is free of charge both from the post office and from the other authorized centers).

– Original condition
If an item is returned damaged, with signs of use or in unsuitable condition it will not be possible to make a refund and we may have to return the item back to you (and ask you to cover the cost of shipping). All returned items are checked thoroughly once received at the warehouse. To receive a full refund, returned items must be unused/never worn and in the same condition in which they were received, with their original packaging and all labels and tags still attached.

– Responsibility
The items you intend to return remain under your responsibility until they reach our warehouse so please pack them carefully to prevent them from being damaged during transport. For the same reason, be sure to always request the receipt of the shipment of your returns, in case you need to show it later (it is free of charge from both the post office and other authorized centers). OCD Graphic is not responsible for any items returned by mistake and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to locate items returned by mistake. However, if it will be possible to locate your item and you would like to receive it back, we may need to request coverage of shipping costs.

– Return of a defective or incorrect item
If the item you want to return is defective or incorrect, because you have received an item other than the one ordered, please contact us:

– Problems with the procedure?
If you have not received the confirmation email yet, please follow the steps below:
1. Wait up to 15 days
Please make sure that the requested time has already passed: it can take up to 15 days from the date you sent the return for the refund to be processed from our warehouse
2. Check your emails
Once the refund is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.
3. Contact us
In the unlikely event that you do not receive a confirmation email within 15 days, please contact us: remember to tell us your order number, which items you have returned and any other useful information (for example, the tracking number).
